lovely family fun!
helpful staff branded ice creams
the staff were warm and helpful at all times. the buffet featured a lot of variety and the food was good. i particularly enjoyed the evening shows. the ice cream bar served branded ice creams.
the hotel needs some refurbishment. i noticed missing tile pieces around the pool.

the staff were very client oriented and made sure everyone felt welcome and had all the information they needed. they were helpful at all times and gave a great experience, always available and ready to support you.

the rooms were very clean , the beds were comfortable , and we had no complaints there. the hotel offered spacious rooms. the room was vacuumed so well , there were no hairs or dust in our room.

the hotel has facilities for all ages. there were great amenities like the coffee bar that served delicious drinks. there are multiple swimming pools and waterslides. the beach is wide and provides many sunbeds.
